The house is a townhouse dating back to 1895, renovated to offer all modern comforts while retaining its original charm. A terrace at the rear of the house overlooks a peaceful and pleasant garden, creating a true haven of tranquility in the heart of the town.
Located near Lamballe train station, our house also benefits from excellent bus service. The historic center of Lamballe, with its many shops and restaurants, is very close, as is a community cinema just a few meters away.
With our children having started to leave home, we have decided to make a large bedroom available on the second floor. You will have all the privacy you need, as you will be the only occupant of this floor, while we live on the first floor.
The spacious bedroom, equipped with a desk, is ideal for working or relaxing. It also has a private shower room and toilet.
