Very large room located in the basement, equipped with a double bed, a desk, and storage. We also help each other with apartment maintenance. We enjoy sharing moments together. The La Petite-Patrie neighborhood is very convenient: a grocery store is only a five-minute walk away, and you will also have a bakery and several shops, the University of Montreal, and UQAM nearby. In addition, the Fabre (blue line) and Beaubien metro stations are close. We look forward to meeting you.
