Large 18m² room for 1 person. 2nd floor: 1 double bed, kitchenette with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle (dishes in the bathroom, tap with a spray head).
Large dressing room.
Bathroom with toilet on the same landing, used exclusively by the room's tenant.
Free Wi-Fi access (no "food-intensive" video games!).
Please note, this is a large, old village house. None of the doors lock from the outside! There are bolts on the inside for those who need extra security. Therefore, everything relies on trust between all the residents.
No washing machine is available in the room: a laundromat is located in the village, a maximum 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Please bring 160cm sheets (fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases, 1 duvet cover) as well as bath towels, of course 😊 Free parking

Le séjour s’est bien passé. La chambre est spacieuse et calme et le prix raisonnable.
The house is located a few meters far from the fancy city center of Fuveau The room is very big, full of light, there is a lot of space for the stuff and it has everything you need both for a short or long period to stay. The owner is extremely polite, friendly and ready to help in case of any need. My experience has been extremely positive and I recommand this room and the owner if you are looking for a place to stay around Fuveau.
Malgré une chambre plutôt sympa, le reste en est tout autre : - Hygiène à la limite de l'acceptable . Une bassine pour faire la vaisselle dans le lavabo de la salle de bain que vous partagez avec le voisin et où vous vous y lavez. Le lavabo se bouche , forcement, ce qui génère des frais supplémentaires à la charge de l'étudiant. - Pas de cuisine , mais un espace dédié, dans la chambre, sans point d'eau, pas de possibilité d'y installer un mini four et dépourvu de toutes sécurités . - Pas de clef pour fermer la chambre - Le chat fait ses besoins devant la porte ou sur le tapis de la salle de bain. Bref une mauvaise expérience qui m’a couté tout de même près de 480 € par mois avec en plus des petits extras. Tarif absolument pas adapté à la prestation.

Car David (qui n'a pas résidé ici, c'est son fils) m'a expliqué que sur ces sites, les commentaires sont " tous trafiqués".. La preuve que non !
