The room has just been completely renovated. It is rented furnished, but it is possible to remove some furniture and store it in the cellar if the tenant wishes to bring their own.

It has a large built-in wardrobe. It is empty in the photos, but it will be furnished with a single bed (or a double bed if the tenant prefers). There will also be a desk, an armchair, and a bedside table. It has blackout electric blinds and double-glazed windows.
Decorations will be added (rugs, posters, and new curtains) to make it even more inviting. The blue wainscoting already gives it a lovely feel.
The house is currently being renovated; we are refurbishing and refurnishing the rooms one by one. Therefore, the room may change depending on the tenant's needs (in terms of furniture and decor). This is a room in a 300m2 house in Nanterre, 10 minutes from the Nanterre RER station.
