Description
This is a very bright and airy room thanks to its many windows, perfect for someone seeking ultimate comfort. Remarkably spacious, it is equipped with a Queen-size bed and a 90 cm bed, the latter of which can be replaced by a desk to create a private workspace. This room features a private bathroom and separate toilet, completed by access to a rooftop terrace with a breathtaking view. Central heating and reversible air conditioning are included. The tenant also benefits from access to generous common areas, including a cozy living room, a conservatory filled with green plants, a piano, a very large room for relaxation or work, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette that is particularly complementary to this room/suite. These relaxation and living areas remain fully accessible to the hosts (for plant care, exercise) who live on-site, but in a separate unit.
