Hi,
My name is Lisa, I am 21 years old and I am a student in Talence in the 1st year of a Master of Biology (ecology). I live with my boyfriend who also lives in the apartment. We have a little 5 month old kitten (last photo).
I am offering a sublet room for a student (Erasmus accepted), available from December 27, 2023 to take over the second vacant room. I am a sociable person who ensures respect for others (politeness, cleanliness, private space, etc.). I have already had 4 shared experiences which all went really well!
This furnished apartment of 70 m2 is located on the first floor in a quiet and secure residence. It is located 5 minutes by bike and 12 minutes on foot from Peixoto (Tram B, University) and 3 minutes on foot from the Peylane stop (bus 20: serves Place de la Victoire and Peixoto).
