We welcome you to our house located on the Plougastel-Daoulas peninsula, 10 minutes from Brest and 15 minutes from Landerneau, in a calm and preserved environment, in the immediate vicinity of the GR34. Super logement, tout équipé, confortable et calme. Super accueil de Séverine, j'y retournerais avec plaisir et sans doute.
Le studio de Séverine est très agréable, propre, très bien équipé, lumineux. L'environnement extérieur est calme et reposant. Le petit plus: la terrasse privative donnant sur le jardin sans vis à vis. Séverine est aimable et disponible si besoin. La présence des animaux, chat et poules, contribue à se sentir comme chez soi. Ma fille a séjourné plusieurs mois dans le studio et appréciait de rentrer dans son logement le soir après sa journée de travail. Je recommande !
Séverine est accueillante et très réactive. J'ai passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est très propre et bien aménagé.
Ma 2ème semaine s'est également bien passée, sauf qu'il y avait un problème de connexion à la wifi que Séverine a essayé de régler mais sans succès (malgré l'intervention d'un technicien), donc c'était difficile voire impossible de naviguer sur internet. C'est la raison pour laquelle j'ai mis 3 étoiles sur 5. Mais sans ce "problème", l'appartement est vraiment agréable et ensoleillé avec ses grandes baies vitrées. C'est le calme absolu. Le studio est neuf et construit avec des matériaux écologiques. Il y a une terrasse et un salon de jardin. On s'y sent bien. Moi qui aime les animaux, j'ai pu apprécier leur chat, la chienne et les poules. Ils ont un grand terrain sur lequel on a le droit de s'y promener en toute tranquillité. Et puis Loperhet est une commune qui se situe près de Landerneau, de Plougastel et proche des grèves (la terre et la mer à proximité). Si je dois revenir dans le Finistère, je relouerai chez Séverine sans hésiter.
Séjour agréable. Le studio est au calme et en pleine nature. Il y a 2 poules qui viennent vous dire bonjour, elles sont rigolotes. On est indépendant des propriétaires. Il manquerait quelques éléments pour parfaire ce studio cosy comme un porte manteaux dans l'entrée et des patères muraux dans la salle de bain, et aussi des rangements (placard, étagères...). Séverine est une personne très agréable avec laquelle on peut échanger, elle est à l'écoute.
Accueil sympathique, réactivité, chambre bien conçue et avec tout le nécessaire, bref un séjour très agréable au calme. Je conseille cet endroit. Merci à Séverine.
