L’appartement se trouve en plein hypercentre de Douai, à 3 minutes à pied de la mairie, 4 minutes de la place d’Armes et 12 minutes de la gare. Domenico répond rapidement à toute question et se montre toujours très aimable. La colocation est habitée par trois étudiantes. Les espaces communs — salon et cuisine — sont bien équipés, joliment décorés, et j’ai apprécié la présence d’une machine à laver. La chambre correspond aux photos. Cependant, elle n’était pas très propre à mon arrivée, et l’on remarque des signes d’usure sur les murs et les meubles. De plus, contrairement à ce qui était indiqué dans l’annonce, il n’y avait ni draps ni serviettes (ni couverture ni oreiller). J’ai apprécié la situation centrale de l’appartement, mais je trouve dommage qu’il y ait autant de défauts dans la chambre. Sans ces inconvénients, elle constituerait une bonne option pour de jeunes personnes cherchant à se loger à Douai.
Chambre très calme coloc très fonctionnelle et très bien située en hyper centre , facile pour se garer propriétaire disponible je recommande +++
