Description
In a very quiet residence on the 3rd floor with elevator, a comfortable room is available for rent. It features a good quality mattress, a desk area, and a wall-mounted TV. There's also a wardrobe with hanging space and food storage. A free bus stop is 150 meters from our residence. Breakfast is included. The room has a balcony with a view of the lake and river. We have a friendly atmosphere and organize social gatherings, such as happy hours and sometimes dinners. Rentals are available by the week, two weeks, or longer. It's a 10-minute walk to the city center. We generally rent during the week; weekends are reserved for the owners to take care of cleaning, etc. Weekend rentals are an additional charge; please contact us for details. €10 per weekend stay. Les Véroniques, leurs trois chats et les colocataires m'ont très gentiment accueilli chez eux dans leur chambre semi privative (accès à la chambre par les propriétaires pour certaines de leurs affaires) pendant 2 mois. L'appartement est idéalement situé près du parc, calme et très propre, parfait pour un court et moyen séjour! Courage pour les derniers travaux de salle de bains et à une prochaine fois avec plaisir pour quelques apéro !
Tout se déroule bien. Véronique est très gentille. Rien à redire tout est parfait ! Je recommande
