Homestay - terrace access (Ploemeur - 56270)

Hello, We are a family of four with three cats! Shared housing spirit: access to all common areas of the house (kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace, garden, etc.). The house is located in the Kéraude district, next to ENSIBS, the Science campus, and the university library. Ideal for students. By car, we are 7 minutes from the Lorient train station and 10 minutes from the nearest beach. The closest bus stops are Joseph Henaff, Campus Sciences, and Kerguestenen, about a 10-minute walk away. If you are cycling, everything is quickly and easily accessible in just a few pedal strokes (universities, Lorient city center)! You can park a bike in the garage. The room is approximately 12 m² and includes a desk and Wi-Fi access. For more information, please contact me via private message!
