We offer a furnished room ideal for students, workers, interns, etc. The spacious house is located near the center of Foix, within walking distance of the IUFM (teacher training college), the Jean Durroux high school, and the Gabriel Faure high school. A garden is available for secure parking.
The shared spaces include a kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. A city shuttle stops right in front of the house. The rent includes linens, kitchenware, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, as well as water, gas, electricity, heating, internet access, laundry detergent, and consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent). Cleaning of the common areas is also included.
