Utilities are not included. I charge based on actual consumption (at best) as it is cheaper than applying a flat fee. House in a quiet residential area, 12 sqm bedroom on the 1st floor with an adjoining private bathroom/WC (4.5 sqm). Low electromagnetic field levels in this house. Ethernet cable provided on the desk. If needed, I will show the tenant how to turn on the Wi-Fi. When the tenant goes to bed, they are requested to put their mobile phone in airplane mode and turn off the Wi-Fi if activated. This house accommodates 2 tenants. I do not accept smokers. No phone calls after 10:00 PM. Bus 6 minutes away on foot to the Orsay Paris-Saclay train station/University, or the Supelec plateau and all Paris-Saclay schools, or Massy/Palaiseau station, or the Ulis 2 shopping center. Courtaboeuf business park is a 5-minute walk away. Grand Frais, Picard, and La Vie Claire stores are a 3-minute walk away. Ulis shopping center is a 17-minute walk away. Chinese restaurant 3 minutes away on foot, Moroccan restaurant (also takeaway) 7 minutes away on foot.
