Homestay (Paris - 75020)

I offer a room for rent, ideal for students or young workers. I don't take men.
The bedroom consists of a double bed, a desk and a large dressing room for business. There will be changes to the room, which is why there is not yet a desk in the photo.
The room faces northwest, with beautiful evening sun. The apartment is through and therefore very bright. Secure residence with guard. You will have access to the kitchen as well as the bathroom (with bathtub).
I live with two cats, Atem and Pépé Tarzan.
The accommodation is located in the South of the 20th arrondissement, 10 minutes' walk from Nation, in a very quiet street and a "village" atmosphere. You will have all the shops within two minutes on foot (Post office, supermarkets, small traders, markets, etc.), bars, restaurants, etc.
Access by transport via line 9 or line 2 or Nation (RER A, M9/2/6/1).
Rental of 2 months maximum.
