Homestay room for rent, fully equipped, in a house located in the city center with a garden. The house is close to public transport, with four bus lines accessible within a five-minute walk. You will also find shops nearby: supermarket, bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy... The neighborhood is quiet and access to the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is quick. A large fridge-freezer is available in the basement. Minors in an apprenticeship program are accepted under parental responsibility. For smokers, smoking is only permitted in the garden. Please note: I have a dog, a 5-year-old collie. Therefore, I cannot accept other pets. Breakfast is included only for the 24 Hours of Le Mans week. Arrival and departure times are flexible based on your needs, within reason.

Dany est une personne très acceuillante et soucieuse de ses hôtes. Le logement est plus qu'impeccable. Il est à proximité de nombreux fast-food et magasins, pratique pour les piétons. Je recommande vivement !
