Description
Shared accommodation in a beautiful residential area, well located and close to all amenities. Shopping centers, grocery stores, Laval University, CHUL hospitals and more. Public transportation available from early morning until late at night.
The place is comfortable; you'll be staying on the ground floor of the house, while I don't live there. The roommate is my son, a 22-year-old who works while studying. He's calm, serious, quiet, and respectful.
You will have access to all the amenities of the house, a beautiful kitchen, a living room and a full bathroom, as well as the backyard.
Tenants occupy the downstairs apartment, which is completely separate from the ground floor apartment. You will share the laundry room with them only; products are provided. Everything is included: bedding, linens, kitchenware, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, toilet paper, etc.
