The residence, as well as the surrounding area, is very peaceful. The studio overlooks a garden. Although it does not have a direct view of the lake, it is still in the immediate vicinity. It is important to note that the apartment does not have a balcony.
Ample paid parking is available in a secure, covered garage upon request. A shared laundry room is also available.
The studio is only available with a registered address in the municipality; no tourist tax is applicable.
