Location très bien située près du château de Versailles dans un cadre magnifique au fond d'une cours intérieure arborée. Malheureusement le gros point négatif est la propreté des lieu. Les sanitaires étaient horriblement dégoutants à cause des colocataires qui n'en prenaient pas soin. La propriétaire a tenté d'améliorer les choses mais bien qu'elle nous ait promis que la personne en cause allait s'en allait il n'en fut rien. C'est vraiment dommage

Effectivement, un des colocataires n'a pas respecté la clause du contrat concernant l'hygiène. Son départ pendant les congés d'été n'a pu être concrétisé.
Il n'est plus présent actuellement depuis septembre.
