Only one room will be rented out, with two options available based on your preference after a video or in-person visit: room #1 with a single bed; room #2, which is larger, with a double bed for 1 person, for an additional fee to be discussed. This is not a party-oriented or student-style shared housing arrangement. It is suitable for an independent, organized, reliable, and respectful person. The main occupant is a professor and researcher; the other is a quiet student. French and English are spoken. Shared spaces: kitchen, bathroom, living room, and front balcony. Non-smoking. No pets. No parties. Cleanliness and respect are expected. Minimum 4 months, with a preference for longer term.
