Large, three-story house with a garden, located in Montreuil, in a quiet neighborhood close to many shops. The ground floor features a welcoming open-plan kitchen, a large living room equipped with a video projector and direct access to the garden, a garage, a large walk-in closet, and a separate toilet, all shared. The first floor is occupied by the tenant, who is discreet and respectful of the common areas. Two children (ages 6 and 8) stay there every other week. A bedroom of approximately 11 square meters is room for rent on the second floor, along with a bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower and toilet. A hallway with storage space is also available.
Ideal for a student or young professional looking for a quiet and pleasant shared apartment, while remaining close to Paris.
