Only long-term study stays of more than four months are accepted, such as internships, semesters, or university years. Shops (grocery stores, pharmacies, bakery, supermarket) are within walking distance. There are also parks, a swimming pool, and a running track nearby. The Botanical Garden and the Beaubien Cinema are other attractions within walking distance or by bus. Buses 18 and 139 will take you to the Beaubien or Pie IX metro stations.
