Très bon appartement, simple et efficace! Fabrice est un hôte disponible et gentil. Je recommande.
Mon séjour chez Fabrice fût ô combien agréable dans un appartement sous les toits et au paraitre flambant neuf. Surplombant la ville, il est idéalement situé dans une petite rue dépourvue de toute nuisance sonore, au pied du vallon saint Antoine (Idéal pour de nombreuses randonnées ou une simple promenade en forêt). Je recommande d'ailleurs vivement le circuit saint-Antoine qui vous emmènera jusqu'au réservoir de Bouzey. Mais également le circuit des Dix, situé de l'autre côté de la Moselle (30 minutes à pied pour y accéder — avec un crochet par le château d'Épinal à mi-parcours) Supermarché, boulangerie, ou encore parc du petit champ de mars et salle de sport se trouvent à cinq minutes à pied du logement — quinze pour ce qui est du centre-ville. Fabrice fût un hôte agréable et professionnel qui inspire la confiance à travers ses échanges et son attitude, sans compter l'appartement en lui-même. Un vrai havre de paix. Je recommande vivement son logement que je considère comme mon point d'ancrage à Épinal.
Fabrice est un hôte attentif et très accueillant. Tout problème trouvera une solution. La colocation est calme, proche commerce et lignes de bus. Parfait.
