Double sized room with a single bed. Beautiful rural village location in a safe and friendly village only ten minutes drive from central Wrexham and all amenities. Bus stops outside. The room has far reaching views across open countryside. Fantastic walking and cycling opportunities from doorstep and only 2 miles away from Llandegla Mountain Bike centre. Snowdonia less than an hour's drive.
Shared use of home with female owner working part time from home. Shared access to kitchen/dining room/bathroom/patio and garden and all equipment.
This is an eco friendly household and the garden is organic. Would suit a quiet person who appreciates nature and tranquility.
Rent does not include council tax for longer term stays (if eligible). This would be an additional £40 a month (9.23 per week).
