Hello, for female students only. Double room/studio for rent in a century-old apartment in the Ahuntsic neighborhood. 7 minutes walk from Henri-Bourassa metro station. A few steps from the Rivière des Prairies, bike paths, and all essential shops nearby. The room faces the boulevard directly, the floors creak, and there are gaps under the doors, so if you are a light sleeper, it might not be ideal for you unless you sleep with earplugs. Front and back balcony with a terrace and a beautiful view of the alley and the sunrise. The building owners live on the ground floor; they have 2 young children, and we can hear the little one running around in the morning. Also living here are Tristan, my 22-year-old nephew, open-minded and a part-time philosopher :), and Léo and Léon, 2 neutered male cats. I am Karine, 42 years old; I work in the restaurant industry during the summer season, and in the fall/winter, I develop my creative projects from home.
