Private room for a non-smoking person located on the first floor of a house, equipped with a kitchenette and a shared bathroom with one other person. Beautiful view of the Jura Mountains, located in a peaceful and relaxing neighborhood.
A car or another means of transport is highly recommended, as the house is located about twenty minutes by car from GVA and CERN, and forty minutes from the center of Lausanne and EPFL.
Tenants are kindly requested not to wear shoes inside the house. Check-ins are scheduled between 5 PM and 7 PM, and check-outs must take place before 10 AM. A security deposit is requested upon arrival, which will be returned after the inventory check on the day of departure.
Please note that the ground floor of the house is reserved for the host's private use.

La chambre était parfaite pour mon séjour de 2 mois, joliment aménagée, confortable, avec toutes les commodités et un accès suffisamment indépendant pour ne pas déranger le propriétaire lors de rentrée tardive.
