Rental is possible for various lengths of time. It is primarily reserved for women for long-term rentals.
A car or other means of transportation is strongly recommended, as the house is located about twenty minutes from GVA and CERN, and forty minutes from the center of Lausanne and EPFL.
Tenants are asked not to wear shoes inside the house. Check-in is between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and check-out must be before 10:00 AM. A security deposit is required upon arrival, which will be returned after an inspection of the premises on the day of departure.
Please note that the ground floor of the house is strictly reserved for the private use of the owner.
