There are 4 large bedrooms of 15 m2 and 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with dishwasher and Monsieur Cuisine, an autonomous vacuum cleaner to make household chores easy. Large living room and lounge. There is also a large garden with a trampoline and two cats (who do their business outside). Garage and parking spaces. Quiet area, close to the Parc du Marais, ideal for jogging or a picnic. Swimming pool, gym 800m away. Bank, post office, mini-market and relay point 500m away.
The rent is €400 including charges (electricity, water, internet, home insurance).
