Coliving in a well-equipped 85m2 chalet
I offer coliving in a chalet with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (large walk-in shower) and a private office, located 1.5 km from the village of Les Carroz. Access to the A40 motorway is 15 minutes away.
The room offers panoramic mountain views from its private west-facing balcony (sunsets).
The living areas, such as the kitchen and living room, the entrance hall, and the outdoor spaces (balcony, parking) are shared. The living spaces are spread over the first (kitchen, living room, balcony) and second floors. With the agreement of the other tenant, it is possible to occasionally add one or two people thanks to a fold-out sofa bed located in the living room.
The chalet has a large parking lot that can accommodate up to 7 vehicles, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV offering French and international channels.
The rate is based on single occupancy per room. A supplement is charged for each additional person.
