NO ADDITIONAL COSTS TO MANAGE BETWEEN THE 2 HOUSEMATES.

Household linens provided in duplicate (bed sheets, towels, tea towels...)

Well-equipped 9.30 m² kitchen (washing machine; terrace and garden accessible).

Shops within 500 m.

BHNS bus line: stop 550 m away: 10 mins from the city center and 12-13 mins from the train stations.
Line 4: stop 600 m away towards the University stop, across from the IAE, near the science faculty and IUT.

Inverted house layout: living upstairs, I have my own sanitary facilities (bathroom/toilet). The ground floor kitchen and ground floor shower room are for the tenants' use: these rooms are similar to an autonomous two-person shared housing unit for quiet, clean, and respectful individuals.
