Charming shared flat for 6 people, freshly renovated, located near schools, the city centre of Liège and the Liège Palais train station. Not all pictures are available yet due to ongoing renovations. The flat has 2 shower rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 toilets, and a sink in each room. Fire safety standards are respected, with fire doors for all rooms. The rooms are furnished with a bed (without mattress), a desk and a wardrobe.
The rooms have a surface area ranging from 10 to 20 square metres. The lease is adapted to temporary flexibility, with the intention of harmonising the rental periods so that they start in September in the long term.
