Description
The apartment offers 120 m² of living space and a 6 m² balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. We are renting out the ground floor and the first floor of an old village house that was recently renovated, featuring plenty of wood and stone, along with a slate roof, in the heart of a very welcoming village. We live in the small chalet next door and in the basement of the house. Ground floor: entrance, large modern kitchen/dining room open to the living room, separate WC, exposed beams, stone, balcony with a mountain view, electric heating, and a soapstone stove. First floor: one master bedroom and two single bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes and shelves, bathroom with WC and bathtub, and an attic for storage. Two parking spaces included. 15 minutes by car from Sion, Anzère, and Crans-Montana. The bus stop is just a stone's throw away. Within walking distance of the primary school, butcher shop, a bistro, a bakery, Denner, and Edelweiss.
