Ch.2 Quiet - New Town Hall - Tram 4 (1 and 3)
Keryl, already present, is very welcoming. We offer two other rooms for short-term rental: from 1 week to 3 months.
The apartment is fully furnished, the kitchen has a large oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. However, there is no TV!
It has a triple south-east-north exposure, with the living room to the south and east and the bedrooms to the north. There are 2 terraces of 5m2, one serving as a 2nd living room and the other, a vegetable garden atmosphere on which you can have breakfast.
There are two bedrooms available: one is 10m2 and the other 9m2. The apartment is 77m2.
You can park your car for free in the street or your bike in the residence.
The residence is secure, quiet and wooded, with lots of birds and a pétanque court!

Free parking and various amenities are available near the house. If the door to your room is left open during your absence, I will take care of cleaning and changing your sheets regularly.
