Small authentic village located 15 km from Rochefort, at the mouth of the Charente, my house is less than 1 km from the town center, shops and the sea. You have at your disposal a walled garden, garden furniture, several dining areas and deckchairs. You access the bedroom by a fairly steep stone staircase, with a separate entrance. A large bedroom with a sitting area, a 1.60 m bed, a shower room open to the bedroom, and a separate and completely independent toilet.
