As a multi-generational local of Annecy, I would be delighted to welcome you.
Located in a secure 1910 three-story stone-fronted house, this room offers a pleasant view of the garden through its large window. It is situated below the hosts' apartment. A coffee maker and kettle are provided in the room.
The hosts' apartment is separate from the room and the shared amenities. Bed sheets and towels are provided clean and will not be changed during your stay. In the event of damage, a proportional surcharge will be applied.
Please note that it is necessary to climb a flight of about ten steps to access the toilets and the bathroom. The latter is equipped with a bathtub; however, for ecological reasons, I recommend taking showers. The long sink, equipped with two faucets, allows for use by two people.
