It is on the 4th floor with no elevator.It is located in the hyper-center, Sainte-Claire street, 7 minutes from Jaude, with tram A nearby, and shops and schools are quickly accessible.The apartment is equipped with a living room with 4K TV, a full kitchen, a modern bathroom, as well as a cellar and storage.The room is 9.5 m² (102 sq ft) and offers a view of the Puy-de-Dôme. It is furnished with a 140 cm bed, a desk, a dressing room, and a fan. Bed sheets are provided.The lease is individual and without joint liability. A guarantor is required.
