Description
I live and work in the house, accompanied by my dog and my cat. This means that I am often present.
I offer for rent two rooms that share a bathroom located on the first floor. I take care of the cleaning and maintenance of the house, as well as changing the sheets every two weeks. You will benefit from a comfort similar to that of an apartment hotel.
The kitchen is for the use of all. The microwave and the hotplates are available, provided that you do not prepare smelly dishes, because I receive patients until 8 p.m. A place in the refrigerator and a cupboard are allocated to each tenant.
It often happens that my adult children come to share a family meal on the weekends and that my grandchildren spend their stay with us during the school holidays. This is why I would have a preference for a tenant present only during the week. Many shops are easily accessible on foot.
As for transport, the SNCF train station served by lines L or U is 7 minutes away. Metro line 10 (Boulogne/Pont de Saint-Cloud) is 15 minutes away, as is tram T2. Several bus lines (360, 460, 471, 160) are also nearby.

Un logement très confortable, dans une atmosphère agréable. L’emplacement est idéal et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Cela a été un plaisir d’y vivre pendant un semestre.
J’ai eu la chance de séjourner chez Marion pendant un déplacement professionnel à Paris, et je ne peux que recommander cette adresse. Tout correspond parfaitement à l’annonce : la chambre est spacieuse, lumineuse, impeccablement propre, avec un vrai confort pour un séjour de courte ou moyenne durée. La salle de bain est à usage exclusif du locataire, ce qui est très appréciable. Marion a beaucoup d’expérience dans l’accueil de voyageurs, cela se ressent : tout est bien pensé, bien organisé, on se sent vite chez soi. Elle est présente quand il le faut, tout en respectant totalement l’intimité de chacun. Ses animaux sont adorables et apportent une belle touche de vie à la maison. Bref, c’est un lieu où l’on séjourne avec grand plaisir. Marion investit beaucoup de soin et d’énergie pour garantir un accueil de qualité, et cela mérite d’être souligné. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Marion est très sympathique. La chambre est lumineuse avec un dressing, et, le partage des espaces communs ne pose aucun de problème. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très agréable avec des supermarchés à proximité (moins de 5 minutes à pied).
