The apartment is located in the historic Prati district, well-served by public transport and the metro. Situated near St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums, it is a 20-minute walk from Lumsa, or 7-8 minutes by bike or 10 minutes by public transport. The room is furnished with a double bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, and a clothes rack. It also has air conditioning and shared heating, as well as a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is available to guests and includes a portion of the refrigerator for personal groceries, a microwave oven, an espresso machine, and a traditional oven. Bed sheets and towels are provided, and guests can use the washing machine and dryer located in the second bathroom. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. For any additional needs, such as ironing shirts or other garments, you can make arrangements with my mother's assistant, with payment made separately.
