I sublet a large room of around 15 m2 in Paris République / Haut Marais (75003), in an apartment of 60 m2. Everything is equipped: bed, wardrobe, bedding, table, fridge, washing machine, etc.

I use the 3rd room as an office, there is no living room, but the room is so cozy that several roommates stayed there for 4 years because they loved it there.
