A 25m² room with a private bathroom in a 130m² house in the center of a village, 20km from Houdan and Dreux, and 25km from Evreux and Mantes.
The garden is enclosed by an electric gate and measures 1400m².
The living room, garden furniture, games, and swimming pool (seasonal) are at your disposal.
Amenities: Double bed + sofa bed, large smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Molotov Premium, etc., coffee machine.
Several rental options are available:
- Overnight stays as a bed and breakfast with breakfast/brunch included and the option of evening meals (daily/weekly rates apply).
- Longer stays for business trips (construction sites, assignments, fixed-term contracts, probationary periods, etc.) from Sunday evening to Friday morning with access to the kitchen for meals. Half-board is also available. A washing machine is provided. Linens and cleaning once a week included (monthly rate).
