Hello, I am looking exclusively for women (don't worry, we have neighbors;-)) to rent 1 or 2 of my rooms. I am a 47-year-old man who is very focused on cleanliness and order. You would have your own "space," so we would rarely cross paths: there are 4 rooms available; if there is a second candidate, you would have the 4 rooms to yourselves (50m2 for the 4 of you, you could set up a living room if you wish). This is followed by a hallway, bathroom, toilet, open-plan kitchen, 60m2 living room, and my bedroom at the other end of the apartment (160m2 total, there is plenty of space). And after 4 years of shared housing mostly with men, I prefer having one or two female housemates in a spotless apartment rather than a single man. You must have your own vehicle (15 mins from Dax and Tyrosse, 25 mins from the beaches), be employed with a permanent contract (sorry, had too many issues), and be drug-free. See you soon
