Hello 🌱,
We are looking for someone who dreams of living in a tiny home in a residential neighborhood of Bouge.
🚄 A 12-minute walk from Namur train station, this neighborhood is quiet.
🥖 A bakery and a grocery store are a 5-minute walk away.
🚍 Public transportation is a 3-minute walk away.
🌳🌲 Private garden with the possibility of creating a vegetable patch.
The tiny house is almost new and located on a small 15-are orchard, to be shared with a housemate who has their own section.
Desired profile:
💆 Someone who enjoys peace and quiet.
👩🌾 Having a green thumb is a plus.
Ideally, someone without pets, due to bad experiences in the past. Additionally, in summer, the tiny house without air conditioning can get hot, which is not ideal. Looking for a tidy person.
