Hello 🌱,
For anyone dreaming of living in a tiny house in a residential neighborhood of Namur.

🥖 A bakery and a grocery store are a 5-minute walk away.
🚍 Public transport is a 3-minute walk away.
🌳🌲 Private garden.
The tiny house is almost brand new and located on a small 15-are orchard, to be shared with a flatmate who has their own section.
Desired profile:
💆 Someone who loves calm and tranquility.
👩🌾 Having a green thumb is a plus.
A careful person.
Serious inquiries only! A cover letter would be appreciated so I can get to know you. Cleaning is to be done upon departure, or a cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
NB: Due to past negative experiences, once departure dates are set, no changes are possible, unless you notify the host well in advance to make an amicable arrangement. 😉
