For rent, a beautiful furnished 35m² studio on the ground floor of a private home, perfect for students. The contract runs from September to June/July. No automatic renewal, but a new contract is possible.
The studio consists of:
- a large 25m² room with the bedroom (queen-size bed and shelves/bookcase) on one side and the kitchen on the other: 4 induction hobs, electric oven + microwave, refrigerator with freezer, complete dishes provided, 2 pots and 2 pans, and various utensils, toaster, and coffee maker
- a hallway with 2 large closets and a wardrobe with hangers
- a large 9m² bathroom with a toilet, large shower, sink, and heated towel rail.
This studio is part of my house (veranda under the terrace), but with a passageway along the house, you have a separate entrance. It therefore represents the perfect balance between independence and the proximity (if necessary) of a family environment.
