Description
I am looking for a roommate, not someone just passing through. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the Martigny train station, in the Bonnes-Luites neighborhood (next to the Hotel Vatel). It is a residential area, very quiet and with no overlooked neighbors. It is a small, two-story building with three apartments. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen open to a living room, and a large balcony. The laundry room is shared by the three apartments and is available five days a week (from Wednesday to Sunday). There is also a large cellar. The bedroom for rent has a very comfortable bed, but it can also be removed if preferred. I am often out and appreciate finding a quiet space in the evening. Therefore, it is not a party house every weekend, although I enjoy life and am perfectly open to having guests over.
