Near Paris and Pontoise, discover a beautiful, bright 20 m² room overlooking the garden, located on the first floor of my home. Cormeilles is a small, quiet, and secure town, close to the lovely banks of the Seine and the forest, where you can take walks. My home is located a 15-minute walk from the train station (5 minutes by bus). You can reach Gare Saint-Lazare, in the center of Paris, in 20 minutes or Pontoise in 16 minutes (line J). I live on the ground floor with my 22-year-old daughter, so you will have your own private space on the first floor. The bathroom and toilet are shared with my daughter. Hosting is reserved for women aged 20 and over. You will have access to the kitchen, living room, and garden. I am looking for a friendly and open-minded tenant who is also respectful of the space and its occupants. Smokers are accepted, but exclusively in the garden, even in winter. For your information, I have a lovely little dog.
