Description
Close to Paris and Pontoise, discover a beautiful, bright 20 m² room on the first floor of my home, overlooking the garden. Cormeilles is a small, quiet, and safe town, close to the lovely banks of the Seine and the forest where you can take walks. My house is located a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride from the train station. You can reach Gare Saint-Lazare in the center of Paris in 20 minutes or Pontoise in 16 minutes (Line J). I live on the ground floor with my 22-year-old daughter, so you will have your own private space on the first floor. The bathroom and toilet are shared with my daughter. This homestay is reserved for women aged 20 and over. You will have access to the kitchen, the living room, and the garden. I am looking for a friendly and open-minded tenant who is respectful of the space and its occupants. Smokers are welcome, but only in the garden, even in winter. For your information, I have an adorable small dog.
