Welcome to your cozy retreat in Le Villard, a 430 sq. ft. (40 m²) 3-star Clévacances-rated gîte, attached to our main residence. Offered for a rental of 3 months maximum without APL (housing benefit), this accommodation hosts a maximum of 2 people. The space is flexible to suit a couple or colleagues, featuring a bedroom with a Queen Size bed and a living room equipped with a sofa bed, to be prepared upon request. You will have access to fiber internet, a workspace, and an exclusive kitchenette. The latter is located in our laundry room, separated from your private area by a closed door. Our three cats use a cat flap there to pass through without entering your space. In season, you will enjoy a private terrace and a shared swimming pool, used on a rotating basis until 9 PM. Bed sheets and towels are provided, but please bring your own hair dryer. The gîte is non-smoking, and parties and guests are not permitted. A secure bike storage area is available. Parking is provided in the enclosed courtyard or on the street.
