Our apartment is a 1,345 sq. ft. duplex located on the second and top floor. It is pleasant, simple, and functional.
We are offering a 194 sq. ft. room for rent on the upper floor. This room features a private balcony and is equipped with a desk, a double bed with four drawers, and a low chest of drawers.
Nearby, you will find shops, a swimming pool, a football stadium, as well as pétanque and tennis clubs. The Hautepierre hospital is a 10-minute walk away. Two bus stops within a 5-minute walk provide access to the train station and the city center. The bus or tram ride takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
We would like to inform our tenants that we have two cats and a medium-sized dog.
Rent includes utilities (water, electricity, and cleaning of common areas). Tenants are responsible for cleaning the upstairs toilet. Bathroom cleaning is shared among residents according to a monthly schedule.
