14 m² room with balcony access for rent in a homestay (Strasbourg - 67200)

Our apartment is a 125 m² duplex located on the 2nd and top floor; it is pleasant to live in, simple, and functional. We are offering a 14 m² room for rent located on the lower level of the apartment. It is equipped with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a clothes rack, and a small table with an ottoman. You will have access to the living room, kitchen, balcony, and shared bathroom. Nearby shops, a swimming pool, a football stadium, as well as pétanque and tennis clubs are available. The Hautepierre hospital can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Two bus stops are a 5-minute walk away, providing access to the train station and the city center. The journey by bus or tram takes about 10 to 15 minutes. We would like to inform our tenants that a cash security deposit of €200 is required upon receipt of the keys. It will be returned at the end of the stay, subject to an inventory check. Rent includes utilities. Tenants are responsible for cleaning the downstairs toilet and their own room.
