My home is located in the historic and residential district of Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire, near the river and a few minutes by car, bus, or bike from the Place Plumereau in Tours (about a twenty-minute walk). A direct bus services the center of Tours and its train station (15 minutes). The environment is very quiet. The room is well-insulated, in both summer and winter, and it shares a wall with another room for rent. A shower room and WC, as well as a small kitchenette, are to be shared with another tenant, and you are responsible for their cleaning, either individually or shared. For tenants on professional business or students only.
