Very quiet room, 200 m from the RER B line and the Palaiseau Villebon train station, 25 minutes from Paris and 500 m from the town center. You have a fridge in your room, household linen (bed sheets and towels) is provided every 15 days, and a microwave is at your disposal. Access to the kitchen every day except Sunday. Access to Wi-Fi, ironing essentials, and, depending on availability, a private or shared bathroom (with a personal sink). Garden available for your use. Very quiet house, ideal for students. Host lives on site. Washing machine not accessible. Laundromat in the town center 400 m away. Cleaning of your room is your responsibility, as well as the bathroom, which must be cleaned every week. The bathroom must be kept impeccable out of mutual respect. Please note that the accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
