Income declaration and tax certificate

Updated on 05/07/2026

As your tax declaration approaches, do you need a summary of the amounts you received through Roomlala? Don't worry, this document is available to you free of charge from your personal account.

What is this document for?

The tax certificate, also called a summary of rental income, gathers in a single document the total rent and charges you collected through Roomlala over a calendar year (from January 1 to December 31).

It helps you fill out your tax declaration, but does not replace it: it is up to you to report the amounts in the correct boxes depending on your tax situation (furnished rental, unfurnished rental, micro-BIC, actual regime, etc.).

Who can obtain a tax certificate?

The summary is intended for hosts who have received at least one payment through Roomlala during the year concerned. If you collected your rent outside the platform (in person, by direct bank transfer, etc.), these amounts will not appear on the document.

How to download your certificate

The process takes less than a minute:

  • Log in to your Roomlala account
  • Go to your personal account
  • Open the section dedicated to your transactions (Account -> Transactions)
  • Select the year concerned
  • Click on "Download" to retrieve your certificate in PDF format

The document is automatically generated from payments recorded on your account. You can download it as many times as necessary.

What does the certificate contain?

You will find, among other things:

  • Your host contact details
  • The year covered by the summary
  • Details of payments received, month by month
  • The name of each tenant or guest
  • The annual total of sums collected via Roomlala

When is it available?

The certificate for a given year is available from January of the following year, once all December payments have been finalized. If you check your account at the beginning of the year and the document is not yet visible, please wait a few days.

Does an amount seem incorrect to you?

First, check your payment history in your personal account. Discrepancies often come from rent collected outside the platform, a refund, or a period overlapping two years.

If, after verification, a doubt remains, contact our customer service via the contact section specifying the year concerned and the amount you are questioning. Our team will verify it with you.
